Hunting. Mehmet Akif Kalaycı was born on 12.10.1984 in Ankara. He started his primary education in Solfasal Hali Naci Mıhçıoğlu primary school.

After completing his secondary and high school education in Private Yavuz Sultan College, he continued to Ufuk University Faculty of Law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in 2011 and completed his law internship in Ankara and worked as a freelance lawyer for a while.

In 2012, she started teaching professional English at the UK / Cambridge Shire and then completed her master's degree in International Business Law at Brunel University, West London. He published work in the fields of international financial regulations, arbitration, copyright and intellectual property rights according to the Energy Charter agreement.

During his university years, he was always interested in student communities and non-governmental organizations and actively managed the student council. He actively served as the head of the Faculty of Law and vice president of the student council. Universities held in Kayseri in 2004, Turkey joined the student council convention. Participating in European Union projects, he visited Europe under the title of cultural interaction and prepared reports.

In 2017, he was elected as a Board Member of the Turkish Air Sports Federation.

He started politics as a founding board member of the AK Party Ankara Provincial Youth Branch. He was a member of the board of directors until 2004, and in 2004 he served as the provincial vice president. Between 2008-2012, he took part in the General Center Youth Branch Universities Committee. In 2012, he was elected as a MKYK member in the 3rd ordinary congress of the Headquarters Youth Branches.

In the 1 November 2015 parliamentary elections, the AK Party became the Ankara 2nd Region deputy candidate. AK Party MKYK member and serves as the Deputy Secretary General.
